Returns policy
Purchases may be returned (and a credit note issued) for items:
- In original mint condition
- Purchased within 14 days
- With purchase receipt
Credit notes are valid for 12 months and cannot be replaced if lost.
Withdrawing from studies
Refund of purchase will be provided if proof of withdrawal from studies and receipt produced.
Misbound and faulty goods
Faulty and misbound goods will be replaced when accompanied by receipt of purchase.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty)
- Calculators
- Software
- CDs & USBs
- Sale items
- 2nd Hand books
- Gift vouchers
- Textbooks sold at exam time
- Special orders
Online customers
- Purchases made online must have prior approval from Connect Books for returns.
- Postage charges will be the responsibility of the online customer unless fault is with Connect Books.
